Because it concentrates in a single formula the four most commonly used ingredients for urinary tract health, in significant doses and with titrated extracts : D-mannose 2000 mg per maximum dose, NAC 600 mg, Uva Ursi with 20% arbutin, Cranberry with 40% proanthocyanidins. A supply of 60 tablets , flexible dosage (2 tablets once or twice a day), gluten-free and lactose-free, made in Europe.

D-mannose , a monosaccharide naturally present in some fruits and berries, is the star at 2000 mg per maximum dose. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) , a precursor to cysteine, completes the formula with 600 mg. Bearberry dry extract titrated to 20% arbutin (200 mg) and cranberry dry extract titrated to 40% proanthocyanidins (90 mg)—the titration traditionally associated with urinary health.
Take 2 tablets one to two times daily (so 2-4 tablets total), preferably between meals and with plenty of water . Good hydration is essential to support the natural function of the urinary tract: while taking VitaCyst, drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water per day. Start with the highest dose (4 tablets/day) during periods of greatest need and move to maintenance dose (2 tablets/day) during calmer periods. For adults only. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, planning a pregnancy, or if you are undergoing drug therapy, unless advised by your doctor.
